Started by five repetitions of Surya Namaskar> A and B respectively and followed by a standing sequence, the practice of Ashtanga forced to grow and focused. By moving your body powerfully and quickly during Ashtanga will also help in the purification of mind and body.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that means "Variations within prescribed parameters". This style of yoga is a breath initiated process. This yoga style helps in synchronizing the bond between our daily life actions with the intent of moving towards the important aspects of life.

Just an awesome experience!
I recently did my 200h YTT at the Ashram and it has been an awesome experience! All teachers are very knowledgeable, supportive and just beautiful souls. I really felt like being in a lovely, big family. The service was very good (especially the food), everyone was very eager and the organized tours were a nice change from the daily training routine. I would come back anytime and can highly recommend Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. Go for it 🤩💪

I just completed my 200 hours RYT from…
I just completed my 200 hours RYT from vinyasa yoga ashram. This was the very first time I joined any yoga course and I am so happy that i did, it was an amazing experience. The best part are surely the teachers, who are so knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. I have learned so much about my body in anatomy and alignment sessions. They included meditation, sound healing, kirtans, excursions, beach yoga and so on, which kept us so engaged. The room and food facilities were also nice. Altogether I went there as a student but came back with a lot of memories and got the opportunity to become a part of the vinyasa family.I surely had a great start to 2023, met such nice people. Grateful to each and everyone who made this experience so beautiful. 🕉 🙏

I finished my 200h YTTC at the vinyasa…

I finished my 200h YTTC at the vinyasa yoga ashram. The ashram was recommend.

It was meant to be. I made the decision to absolve my YTTC in India and 2 hours later I meet a guy how finished this YTTC at this ashram as well and highly recommend it to me. And I’m glad I trust him. The 3 weeks was flying and I collect memories for a lifetime and had a amazing journey!

I never thought I’ll become a ashtanga girl but here we are.

I challenge myself and grow so much. We learned a lot about the postures in alignment and anatomy what is a really important part and I think sometimes missed the importance in other schools. They teacher are amazing and have a lot of knowledge. They help out with any kind of question and try to serve everyone.
I can really highly recommend this school if you looking for a good ashtanga vinyasa teacher trainee.
And the food (really important part for me) was also really good! And the area around is cute as well with a waterfall near by.

Enjoy your yoga journey 🙏🏽🤍
