Vinyasa Yoga Ashram is offering an online and offline 100 hour/ 14 days YogaTeacher Training Course. This course is specially designed for beginners and aspiring teachers alike. It’s a remarkable opportunity to learn and develop in the field of yoga.


This short term 14-day course is conducted once every month. This course will helpyou understand ancient yogic practices that nourish the body, mind and intellect system and equip you to lead a wholesome and fulfilling way of life. The course isdesigned to bring peace and calm to our nervous system and balance the body’senergyand chakras.


This 100 hour 14 day program also serves as the first semester of a 28 day 200 hourYoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh. Upon completion of this 14-day program students can choose to further their yoga training by signing up to complete the second semester of the remaining 100 hours.


Students will have the option to complete this course at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram within a year of completing their first semester.

Students will be awarded Yoga Alliance certification upon completion of both: the 14day/ 100 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course and the 28 day / 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course.
