Eligibility for Long Courses
16 Years or Older
To join our intensive courses, applicant must be 16 years or older.
Strong Determination
To join our intensive courses, applicant must be 16 years or older.
English Proficiency
Fluency in the English language (spoken and written) is required.
Health Disclosure

For the 200 and 500 Hours Yoga TTC, no prior experience in the field of yoga is required.
The 200 Hours and 300 Hours TTC done in succession marks the completion of 500 Hours TTC. - For the 300 Hour Yoga TTC, successful completion of 200 Hour TTC is mandatory.
Short Yoga Courses in Rishikesh
Eligibility for Short Courses
- A successful completion of the 200 Hour Yoga TTC is mandatory for Pre-and-post Natal, Aerial Yoga, and Yin Yoga TTC.
- No prior experience is needed to participate in the Sound Healing TTC.
