Keeping in mind the need and convenience of the students, we "Vinyasa Yoga Ashram" offer 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh India which is actually the first section of 200 Hours - 12 Days Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. This short-term course is conducted every month of the year and is designed for all those people who are keen to learn yoga & wants to become a certified yoga teacher but don't have ample time to complete 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. Whether you want to give your yoga practice a startup, move towards personal & spiritual development or wants to rejuvenate & refresh your soul, then the 100 Hours Yoga TTC is for you.
This will heal your body and mind with the systematic knowledge and understanding of yoga.
The prime objective of the course is to nourish & nurture the parasympathetic nervous system and rebalancing the energy and the chakras. After the completion of the first half of the 200 Hour YTTC (i.e., 100 Hours YTTC), students have to complete other 100 Hour Yoga course within the time period of 1 year whenever you are free to visit again at, "Vinyasa Yoga Ashram". The two semesters (of 100 Hours each) will be deemed to be complete after the successful completion of assignments and exams.
Certification is given for the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. No doubt, it will be a glorious opportunity to bloom your career in the field of yoga.

It is the eight limbs in the Yoga Sutra outlined by
Patanjali that comprises of postures, concentration, meditation, and ethical & moral
guidance.
Started by five repetitions of Surya
Namaskar A and B respectively and followed by a standing sequence, the practice of Ashtanga
forced to grow and focused. By moving your body powerfully and quickly during Ashtanga will also help in the
purification of mind and body.
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that means "Variations within prescribed parameters". This style
of yoga is a breath initiated process. This yoga style helps in synchronizing the bond between our daily life
actions with the intent of moving towards the important aspects of life.
Vinyasa or Flow
Yoga comprises of various identical postures, the order of which often changes.
This yoga
type is having a flowing rhythm at a quick pace that links our breath with the movements. The two classes of
Vinyasa cannot be alike. Vinyasa flow helps in preventing repetitive injuries and helps in building a more
balanced body.
Soul flourishes in a healthy body in the same way our physical body requires a healthy, safe and hygienic
atmosphere. Vinyasa Yoga Ashram has situated in a peaceful place and surrounded by lush green mountains and
fields.
Keeping in mind our rooms are designed according to yoga teacher training course. Our rooms
are spacious and ventilated. Our management is always your service to keep your rooms clean and hygienic.
Food Whatever we eat can affect our mental and physical body. Eating balanced and nutritious food is very
important for yogis. Yogic Diet is based on natural healing, rejuvenating and energizing elements from the
revered science of Ayurveda.
It is a perfect food for nourishing the mind, body and souls of
budding yogis.
So Vinyasa Yoga Ashram provides you yogic food which helps you physically in
increasing your flexibility and stamina, mentally it helps you in being aware of your thoughts and breath.
We are very adamant about bringing nutritious, vegan and gluten-free food for our students.

NOTE: There will be Two Excursions per month in the course and we would take you any of the places mentioned above.
A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the
teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program,
participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures and asana
classes.
Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited
during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with
the school rules may be dismissed from the course.
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to
inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all
rules. Always be on the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class.
Clear your
books of account before departure from Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. Before departure return your books, maps or any
goods which you borrowed. Vinyasa Yoga Ashram provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga
course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by
renting another room. The student has to be present in all scheduled program of Vinyasa Yoga Ashram.
An advance of course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on
other schedules.
If a student cancels the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course
fees will not be refunded in cancellation. There is no charge of course cancellation.
Jolly Grant Airport, about 25 km from Rishikesh, has daily flights from Delhi. We can arrange a cab from the airport to our school for an additional fee.
Daily trains connect Delhi to Haridwar railway station. Upon arriving at Haridwar Railway Station, we can organize a pickup for you at a reasonable charge.
We can also arrange a convenient cab pickup from Delhi to our school in Rishikesh for a reasonable fee.
You can take a bus from Delhi to Rishikesh Bus Stand. Upon arrival, we can arrange a cab to our school for a suitable fee.
