PRE-POSTNATAL with 200 Hour YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is an intensive program designed to deepen your knowledge and practice of yoga. This course will bring out various aspects of our body and situations around us. This course will help you explore various paths of Yoga through the ancient knowledge of Yoga Philosophy combined with Asana, Pranayama and Meditation.

Our qualified teachers will help you learn about the history coming from the roots of ancient Indian scriptures such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali in detail that explains how to implement basic philosophies in our daily life like acceptance, detachment and surrender. You will also learn about the different types of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Restorative, and how to sequence and modify poses to accommodate different levels and abilities. You will also study anatomy and physiology, which will give you a deeper understanding of how the body moves and how to prevent injuries. The regular feedback from our teachers will help you develop your own teaching style and refine your skills as a teacher. This 24 days course will make you eligible to teach Yoga anywhere around the world as at the end of the course you will be rewarded with RYT 200 certification which is globally valid.

PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

This is a 7 days course and covers various aspects of pre and post-natal yoga, including yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, diet, and lifestyle practices. The course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of pregnant women and new mothers, and to equip teachers with the skills and knowledge necessary to support them throughout their journey.


During the course, you will learn about the changes that occur during pregnancy and childbirth, and how yoga can be used to support these changes. You will learn how to modify traditional yoga asanas to accommodate the changing needs of pregnant women and new mothers, and how to use props and adjustments to make the practice safe and comfortable. You will also be given handful of assignments that will help you create good content and make you ready to start your Prenatal Coach Journey immediately after the course. This certification is internationally Valid, as it is approved by Yoga Alliance.

Garbhasamskara: Looking back into the traditional methods A Garbhsanskar Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, India is designed to teach yoga teachers how to support pregnant women before, during, and after childbirth, using the principles of Garbhsanskar.   • In 200 Hour Intensive Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. We teach our students basics of Ashtanga yoga and we systematically guide them through the complete Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence created by K. Pattabhi Jois in a traditional way which includes-

    • Week 1 - Introduction to Ashtanga yoga (Primary series) followed by Sun salutation A & B.
    • Week 2 - Standing sequence postures & use of yoga props.
    • Week 3 - Seated sequence postures & Finishing sequence postures.
    • Week 4 - Mysore style & Teaching practice.

    After practicing for the first 3 weeks based on the teacher’s guidance, the students will be tested in the 4th week in their Mysore style practice which is without guidance. Students will also be asked to guide some of the postures in the last week as a teaching practice.

    Note: All classes are mandatory only in case of an emergency or illness one can take leave with respected teacher permission. Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted and this will leave bad impression on student monthly performance.

    NOTE: There will be Two Excursions per month in the course and we would take you any of the places mentioned above.


    Prerequisites

    A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures and asana classes.

    Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.


    Rules for Students

    Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be on the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class.

    Clear your books of account before departure from Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Vinyasa Yoga Ashram provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. The student has to be present in all scheduled program of Vinyasa Yoga Ashram.


    Refund Policy

    An advance of course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.

    If a student cancels the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course fees will not be refunded in cancellation. There is no charge of course cancellation.
