Course Syllabus

Ashtanga Yoga Postures
  1. Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence made by K. pattabhi jois, In 200 hours yoga TTC we teach our students basics of Ashtanga yoga and we guide them through the completely Ashtanga yoga series in a systematically way according to the ashtanga yoga tradition which includes-
  2. On 1st week- introduction to Ashtanga yoga followed by Sun salutation A & B.
  3. On 2nd week- Standing sequence postures & use of yoga props.
  4. On 3rd week- Seated sequence postures & Finishing sequence postures.
  5. On 4th week- Mysore style & Teaching practice.

In 200 hours TTC Ashtanga primary series will be practiced thoroughly and In 4rth week students will be examined in their Mysore style practice if they have learnt to practice Ashtanga vinyasa traditionally without being guided / in Mysore style.

    Jolly Grant Airport, about 25 km from Rishikesh, has daily flights from Delhi. We can arrange a cab from the airport to our school for an additional fee.

  • 2By Train

    Daily trains connect Delhi to Haridwar railway station. Upon arriving at Haridwar Railway Station, we can organize a pickup for you at a reasonable charge.

  • 3By Taxi

    We can also arrange a convenient cab pickup from Delhi to our school in Rishikesh for a reasonable fee.

  • 4By Bus

    You can take a bus from Delhi to Rishikesh Bus Stand. Upon arrival, we can arrange a cab to our school for a suitable fee.
